I had a box of pancake mix and blueberry flaxseeds. Instead of making the traditional pancakes with the oil and egg, I substituted with flaxseeds. The result was amazing and I couldn’t even tell it was a “healthy alternative.”</p> <p>I don’t have a recipe because I eyeballed everything. Basically, I put in some pancake mix and a bit of flaxseed with water and this happened.</p> <p>FYI, not much syrup will be needed.
